Tonight follow a step-by-step process to gain the perspective and the power to break free from guilt and heaviness.Brought up by Buddhist parents, Isabelle has always been comfortable with silence. However it is when she embarked on her own journey of self realisation that she fell in love with silence and meditation.
With a friendly and insightful style Isabelle is a sought after speaker and facilitator. Originally from Canada and currently based in London, she has been teaching for the University for many years on subjects such as Raja Yoga meditation and women's empowerment. Isabelle is also involved with many projects including the global just-a-minute initiative; making self progress through meditation accessible to everyone. No booking required
