मुरली सार:- ``मीठे बच्चे - एकान्त में बैठ अब ऐसा अभ्यास करो जो अनुभव हो मैं शरीर से भिन्न आत्मा हूँ, इसको ही जीते जी मरना कहा जाता है'' 

प्रश्न:- एकान्त का अर्थ क्या है? एकान्त में बैठ तुमको कौन-सा अनुभव करना है? 

उत्तर:- एकान्त का अर्थ है एक की याद में इस शरीर का अन्त हो अर्थात् एकान्त में बैठ ऐसा अनुभव करो कि मैं आत्मा इस शरीर (चमड़ी) को छोड़ बाप के पास जाती हूँ। कोई भी याद न रहे। बैठे-बैठे अशरीरी हो जाओ। जैसेकि हम इस शरीर से मर गये। बस हम आत्मा हैं, शिव बाबा के बच्चे हैं, इस प्रैक्टिस से देह भान टूटता जायेगा।

 
धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार:- 
1) विचार सागर मंथन कर अच्छे-अच्छे रत्न निकालने हैं, कमाई जमा करनी है। सच्चा-सच्चा खुदाई खिदमतगार बन सेवा करनी है। 
2) पढ़ाई का बहुत शौक रखना है। जब भी समय मिले एकान्त में चले जाना है। ऐसा अभ्यास हो जो जीते जी इस शरीर से मरे हुए हैं, इस स्टेज का अनुभव होता रहे। देह का भान भी भूल जाए। 

वरदान:- मुरलीधर की मुरली से प्रीत रखने वाले सदा शक्तिशाली आत्मा भव 

जिन बच्चों का पढ़ाई अर्थात् मुरली से प्यार है उन्हें सदा शक्तिशाली भव का वरदान मिल जाता है, उनके सामने कोई भी विघ्न ठहर नहीं सकता। मुरलीधर से प्रीत रखना माना उनकी मुरली से प्रीत रखना। यदि कोई कहे कि मुरलीधर से तो मेरी बहुत प्रीत है लेकिन पढ़ाई के लिए टाइम नहीं है, तो बाप नहीं मानते क्योंकि जहाँ लगन होती है वहाँ कोई भी बहाना नहीं होता। पढ़ाई और परिवार का प्यार किला बन जाता है, जिससे वो सेफ रहते हैं। 

स्लोगन:- हर परिस्थिति में स्वयं को मोल्ड कर लो तो रीयल गोल्ड बन जायेंगे।

Essence: Sweet children, sit in solitude and practise experiencing yourself to be a soul separate from your body. This is known as dying alive. 

Question: What is the meaning of solitude? What should you experience while sitting in solitude? 
Answer: The meaning of solitude (lost in the depths of One) is to sit in the remembrance of One and let the body finish. This means to sit in solitude and experience: I, the soul, am leaving this body and am going to the Father. No one else should be remembered. Become bodiless while sitting there, as though you are dead to your body. I am a soul, a child of Shiv Baba. That's all! By practising this, your body consciousness will continue to break. 

Essence for dharna: 
1. Churn the ocean of knowledge and extract very good jewels. Accumulate an income. Become a true helper and do service. 
2. Be very interested in studying. Whenever you have time, go into solitude. Practise being dead to your body while alive. Continue to experience this stage and forget the consciousness of the body. 

Blessing: May you be a constantly powerful soul by having love for the murli of Murlidhar. 
Those children who have love for the study, that is, who have love for the murli receive the blessing of being constantly powerful. No obstacle can stay in front of them. To have love for Murlidhar means to have love for His murli. If someone says that he has a lot of love for Murlidhar and yet have no time for the study, the Father would not accept that because where there is love there are no excuses. Love for the study and the family becomes a fortress in which you remain safe.
