However it is when she embarked on her own journey of self realisation that she fell in love with silence and meditation. With a friendly and insightful style Isabelle is a sought after speaker and facilitator. Originally from Canada and currently based in London, she has been teaching for the University for many years on subjects such as Raja Yoga meditation and women's empowerment. Isabelle is also involved with many projects including the global just-a-minute initiative; making self progress through meditation accessible to everyone. 01-10-15 प्रातः मुरली ओम् शान्ति “बापदादा” मधुबन “मीठे बच्चे - बाप आये हैं तुम बच्चों को तैरना सिखलाने, जिससे तुम इस दुनिया से पार हो जाते हो, तुम्हारे लिए दुनिया ही बदल जाती है”   प्रश्न: जो बाप के मददगार बनते हैं, उन्हें मदद के रिटर्न में क्या प्राप्त होता है? उत्तर: जो बच्चे अभी बाप के मददगार बनते हैं, उन्हें बाप ऐसा बना देते हैं जो आधाकल्प कोई की मदद लेने वा राय लेने की दरकार ही नहीं रहती है। कितना बड़ा बाप है, कहते हैं बच्चे तुम मेरे मददगार नहीं होते तो हम स्वर्ग की स्थापना कैसे करते। ओम् शान्ति। मीठे-मीठे नम्बरवार अति मीठे रूहानी बच्चों प्रति रूहानी बाप समझाते हैं क्योंकि बहुत बच्चे बेसमझ बन गये हैं। रावण ने बहुत बेसमझ बना दिया है। अब हमको कितना समझदार बनाते हैं। कोई आई.सी.एस. का इम्तहान पास करते हैं तो समझते हैं बहुत बड़ा इम्तहान पास किया है। अभी तुम तो देखो कितना बड़ा इम्तहान पास करते हो। ज़रा सोचो तो सही पढ़ाने वाला कौन है! पढ़ने वाले कौन हैं! यह भी निश्चय है - हम कल्प-कल्प हर 5 हज़ार वर्ष बाद बाप, टीचर, सतगुरू से फिर मिलते ही रहते हैं। सिर्फ तुम बच्चे ही जानते हो-हम कितना ऊंच ते ऊंच बाप द्वारा ऊंच वर्सा पाते हैं। टीचर भी वर्सा देते हैं ना, पढ़ा करके। तुमको भी पढ़ा करके तुम्हारे लिए दुनिया को ही बदल देते हैं, नई दुनिया में राज्य करने के लिए। भक्ति मार्ग में कितनी महिमा गाते हैं। तुम उन द्वारा अपना वर्सा पा रहे हो। यह भी तुम बच्चे जानते हो कि पुरानी दुनिया बदल रही है। तुम कहते हो हम सब शिवबाबा के बच्चे हैं। बाप को भी आना पड़ता है - पुरानी दुनिया को नई बनाने। त्रिमूर्ति के चित्र में भी दिखाते हैं कि ब्रह्मा द्वारा नई दुनिया की स्थापना। तो जरूर ब्रह्मा मुख वंशावली ब्राह्मण- ब्राह्मणियाँ चाहिए। ब्रह्मा तो नई दुनिया स्थापन नहीं करते। रचता है ही बाप। कहते हैं मैं आकर युक्ति से पुरानी दुनिया का विनाश कराए नई दुनिया बनाता हूँ। नई दुनिया के रहवासी बहुत थोड़े होते हैं। गवर्मेंन्ट कोशिश करती रहती है कि जनसंख्या कम हो। अब कम तो नहीं होगी। लड़ाई में करोड़ों मनुष्य मरते हैं फिर मनुष्य कम थोड़ेही होते हैं, जनसंख्या तो फिर भी बढ़ती जाती है। यह भी तुम जानते हो। तुम्हारी बुद्धि में विश्व के आदि-मध्य-अन्त का ज्ञान है। तुम अपने को स्टूडेण्ट भी समझते हो। तैरना भी सीखते हो। कहते हैं ना नईया मेरी पार करो। बहुत नामीग्रामी होते हैं जो तैरना सीखते हैं। अभी तुम्हारा तैरना देखो कैसा है, एकदम ऊपर में चले जाते हो फिर यहाँ आते हो। वह तो दिखलाते हैं इतने माइल्स ऊपर में गये। तुम आत्मायें कितना माइल्स ऊपर में जाते हो। वह तो स्थूल वस्तु है, जिसकी गिनती करते हैं। तुम्हारा तो अनगिनत है। तुम जानते हो हम आत्मायें अपने घर चली जायेंगी, जहाँ सूर्य-चाँद आदि नहीं होते। तुमको खुशी है - वह हमारा घर है। हम वहाँ के रहने वाले हैं। मनुष्य भक्ति करते हैं, पुरूषार्थ करते हैं - मुक्तिधाम में जाने के लिए। परन्तु कोई जा नहीं सकते। मुक्तिधाम में भगवान से मिलने की कोशिश करते हैं। अनेक प्रकार के यत्न करते हैं। कोई कहते हैं हम ज्योति ज्योत में समा जायें। कोई कहते हैं मुक्तिधाम में जायें। मुक्तिधाम का किसको पता नहीं है। तुम बच्चे जानते हो बाबा आया हुआ है अपने घर ले जायेंगे। मीठा-मीठा बाबा आया हुआ है, हमको घर ले जाने लायक बनाते हैं। जिसके लिए आधाकल्प पुरूषार्थ करते भी बन नहीं सके हैं। न कोई ज्योति में समा सके, न मुक्तिधाम में जा सके, न मोक्ष को पा सके। जो कुछ पुरूषार्थ किया वह व्यर्थ। अभी तुम ब्राह्मण कुल भूषणों का पुरूषार्थ सत्य सिद्ध होता है। यह खेल कैसा बना हुआ है। तुमको अभी आस्तिक कहा जाता है। बाप को अच्छी रीति तुम जानते हो और बाप द्वारा सृष्टि चक्र को भी जाना है। बाप कहते हैं मुक्ति-जीवनमुक्ति का ज्ञान कोई में भी नहीं है। देवताओं में भी नहीं है। बाप को कोई नहीं जानते तो किसको ले कैसे जायेंगे। कितने ढेर गुरू लोग हैं, कितने उन्हों के फालोअर्स बनते हैं। सच्चा-सच्चा सतगुरू है शिवबाबा। उसको तो चरण हैं नहीं। वह कहते हैं हमको तो चरण हैं नहीं। मैं कैसे अपने को पुजवाऊं। बच्चे विश्व के मालिक बनते हैं, उनसे थोड़ेही पुजवाऊंगा। भक्ति मार्ग में बच्चे बाप के पांव पड़ते हैं। वास्तव में तो बाप की प्रापर्टी के मालिक बच्चे हैं। परन्तु नम्रता दिखलाते हैं। छोटे बच्चे आदि सब जाकर पांव पड़ते हैं। यहाँ बाप कहते हैं तुमको पांव पड़ने से भी छुड़ा देता हूँ। कितना बड़ा बाप है। कहते हैं तुम बच्चे मेरे मददगार हो। तुम मददगार नहीं होते तो हम स्वर्ग की स्थापना कैसे करते। बाप समझाते हैं-बच्चे, अभी तुम मददगार बनो फिर हम तुमको ऐसा बनाते हैं जो कोई की मदद लेने की दरकार ही नहीं रहेगी। तुमको कोई के राय की भी दरकार नहीं रहेगी। यहाँ बाप बच्चों की मदद ले रहे हैं। कहते हैं-बच्चे, अब छी-छी मत बनो। माया से हार नहीं खाओ। नहीं तो नाम बदनाम कर देते हैं। बॉक्सिंग होती है तो उसमें जब कोई जीतते हैं तो वाह-वाह हो जाती है। हार खाने वाले का मुँह पीला हो जाता है। यहाँ भी हार खाते हैं। यहाँ हार खाने वाले को कहा जाता है - काला मुँह कर दिया। आये हैं गोरा बनने के लिए फिर क्या कर देते हैं। की कमाई सारी चट हो जाती है, फिर नये सिर शुरू करना पड़े। बाप के मददगार बन फिर हार खाए नाम बदनाम कर देते हैं। दो पार्टी हैं। एक हैं माया के मुरीद, एक हैं ईश्वर के। तुम बाप को प्यार करते हो। गायन भी है विनाश काले विपरीत बुद्धि। तुम्हारी है प्रीत बुद्धि। तो तुमको नाम बदनाम थोड़ेही करना है। तुम प्रीत बुद्धि फिर माया से हार क्यों खाते हो। हारने वाले को दु:ख होता है। जीतने वाले पर ताली बजाते वाह- वाह करते हैं। तुम बच्चे समझते हो हम तो पहलवान हैं। अब माया को जीतना जरूर है। बाप कहते हैं देह सहित जो कुछ देखते हो, उन सबको भूल जाओ। मामेकम् याद करो। माया ने तुमको सतोप्रधान से तमोप्रधान बना दिया है। अब फिर सतोप्रधान बनना है। माया जीते जगतजीत बनना है। यह है ही हार और जीत, सुख दु:ख का खेल। रावण राज्य में हार खाते हैं। अब बाप फिर वर्थ पाउण्ड बनाते हैं। बाबा ने समझाया है - एक शिवबाबा की जयन्ती ही वर्थ पाउण्ड है। अब तुम बच्चों को ऐसा लक्ष्मी-नारायण बनना है। वहाँ पर घर-घर में दीपमाला रहती है, सबकी ज्योत जग जाती है। मेन पावर से ज्योत जगती है। बाबा कितना सहज रीति बैठ समझाते हैं। बाप के सिवाए मीठे- मीठे लाडले सिकीलधे बच्चे कौन कहेगा। रूहानी बाप ही कहते हैं-हे मेरे मीठे लाडले बच्चों, तुम आधाकल्प से भक्ति करते आये हो। वापिस एक भी जा नहीं सकते। बाप ही आकर सबको ले जाते हैं। तुम संगमयुग पर अच्छी रीति समझा सकते हो। बाप कैसे आकर सब आत्माओं को ले जाते हैं। दुनिया में इस बेहद के नाटक का कोई को पता नहीं है, यह बेहद का ड्रामा है। यह भी तुम समझते हो, और कोई कह न सके। अगर बोले बेहद का ड्रामा है तो फिर ड्रामा का वर्णन कैसे करेंगे। यहाँ तुम 84 के चक्र को जानते हो। तुम बच्चों ने जाना है, तुमको ही याद करना है। बाप कितना सहज बतलाते हैं। भक्ति मार्ग में तुम कितने धक्के खाते हो। तुम कितना दूर स्नान करने जाते हो। एक लेक है कहते हैं उसमें डुबकी लगाने से परियां बन जाते हैं। अभी तुम ज्ञान सागर में डुबकी मार परीजादा बन जाते हो। कोई अच्छा फैशन करते हैं तो कहते हैं यह तो जैसे परी बन गई है। अभी तुम भी रत्न बनते हो। बाकी मनुष्य को उड़ने के पंख आदि हो नहीं सकते। ऐसे उड़ न सकें। उड़ने वाली है ही आत्मा। आत्मा जिसको रॉकेट भी कहते हैं, आत्मा कितनी छोटी है। जब सब आत्मायें जायेंगी तो हो सकता है तुम बच्चों को साक्षात्कार भी हो। बुद्धि से समझ सकते हो - यहाँ तुम वर्णन कर सकते हो, हो सकता है जैसे विनाश देखा जाता है वैसे आत्माओं का झुण्ड भी देख सकते हैं कि कैसे जाते हैं। हनूमान, गणेश आदि तो हैं नहीं। परन्तु उनका भावना अनुसार साक्षात्कार हो जाता है। बाबा तो है ही बिन्दी, उनका क्या वर्णन करेंगे। कहते भी हैं छोटा सा स्टॉर है जिसको इन आंखों से देख नहीं सकते। शरीर कितना बड़ा है, जिससे कर्म करना है। आत्मा कितनी छोटी है उसमें 84 का चक्र नूँधा हुआ है। एक भी मनुष्य नहीं होगा जिसको यह बुद्धि में हो कि हम 84 जन्म कैसे लेते हैं। आत्मा में कैसे पार्ट भरा हुआ है। वण्डर है। आत्मा ही शरीर लेकर पार्ट बजाती है। वह होता है हद का नाटक, यह है बेहद का। बेहद का बाप खुद आकर अपना परिचय देते हैं। जो अच्छे सर्विसएबुल बच्चे हैं, वह विचार सागर मंथन करते रहते हैं। किसको कैसे समझायें। कितना तुम एक-एक से माथा मारते हो। फिर भी कहते हैं बाबा हम समझते ही नहीं। कोई नहीं पढ़ते हैं तो कहा जाता है यह तो पत्थर बुद्धि हैं। तुम देखते हो यहाँ भी कोई 7 रोज़ में ही बहुत खुशी में आकर कहते हैं - बाबा पास चलें। कोई तो कुछ भी नहीं समझते। मनुष्य तो सिर्फ कह देते हैं पत्थरबुद्धि, पारसबुद्धि, परन्तु अर्थ नहीं जानते। आत्मा पवित्र बनती है तो पारसनाथ बन जाती है। पारसनाथ का मन्दिर भी है। सारा सोने का मन्दिर नहीं होता है। ऊपर में थोड़ा सोना लगा देते हैं। तुम बच्चे जानते हो हमको बागवान मिला है, कांटे से फूल बनने की युक्ति बतलाते हैं। गायन भी है ना गॉर्डन ऑफ अल्लाह। तुम्हारे पास शुरू में एक मुसलमान ध्यान में जाता था - कहता था खुदा ने हमको फूल दिया। खड़े-खड़े गिर पड़ता था, खुदा का बगीचा देखता था। अब खुदा का बगीचा दिखाने वाला तो खुद ही खुदा होगा। और कोई कैसे दिखलायेंगे। तुमको वैकुण्ठ का साक्षात्कार कराते हैं। खुदा ही ले जाते हैं। खुद तो वहाँ रहते नहीं। खुदा तो शान्तिधाम में रहते हैं। तुमको वैकुण्ठ का मालिक बनाते हैं। कितनी अच्छी-अच्छी बातें तुम समझते हो। खुशी होती है। अन्दर में बहुत खुशी होनी चाहिए - अभी हम सुखधाम में जाते हैं। वहाँ दु:ख की बात नहीं होती। बाप कहते हैं सुखधाम, शान्तिधाम को याद करो। घर को क्यों नहीं याद करेंगे। आत्मा घर जाने के लिए कितना माथा मारती है। जप तप आदि बहुत मेहनत करती है परन्तु जा कोई भी नहीं सकते। झाड़ से नम्बरवार आत्मायें आती रहती हैं फिर बीच में जा कैसे सकती। जबकि बाप ही यहाँ है। तुम बच्चों को रोज़ समझाते रहते हैं - शान्तिधाम और सुखधाम को याद करो। बाप को भूलने के कारण ही फिर दु:खी होते हैं। माया का मोचरा लग जाता है। अब तो ज़रा भी मोचरा नहीं खाना है। मूल है देह-अभिमान। तुम अभी तक जिस बाप को याद करते रहते थे - हे पतित-पावन आओ, उस बाप से तुम पढ़ रहे हो। तुम्हारा ओबीडियन्ट सर्वेन्ट टीचर भी है। ओबीडियन्ट सर्वेन्ट बाप भी है। बड़े आदमी नीचे हमेशा लिखते हैं ओबीडियन्ट सर्वेन्ट। बाप कहते हैं मैं तुम बच्चों को देखो कैसे बैठ समझाता हूँ। सपूत बच्चों पर ही बाप का प्यार होता है, जो कपूत होते हैं अर्थात् बाप का बनकर फिर ट्रेटर बन जाते हैं, विकार में चले जाते हैं तो बाप कहेंगे ऐसा बच्चा तो नहीं जन्मता तो अच्छा था। एक के कारण कितना नाम बदनाम हो जाता है। कितने को तकलीफ होती है। यहाँ तुम कितना ऊंच काम कर रहे हो। विश्व का उद्धार कर रहे हो और तुमको 3 पैर पृथ्वी के भी नहीं मिलते हैं। तुम बच्चे किसी का घरबार तो छुड़ाते नहीं हो। तुम तो राजाओं को भी कहते हो - तुम पूज्य डबल सिरताज थे, अब पुजारी बन पड़े हो। अब बाप फिर से पूज्य बनाते हैं तो बनना चाहिए ना। थोड़ी देरी है। हम यहाँ किसके लाख लेकर क्या करेंगे। गरीबों को राजाई मिलनी है। बाप गरीब निवाज़ है ना। तुम अर्थ सहित समझते हो कि बाप को गरीब निवाज़ क्यों कहते हैं! भारत भी कितना गरीब है, उनमें भी तुम गरीब मातायें हो। जो साहूकार हैं वह इस ज्ञान को उठा न सकें। गरीब अबलायें कितनी आती हैं, उन पर अत्याचार होते हैं। बाप कहते हैं माताओं को आगे बढ़ाना है। प्रभातफेरी में भी पहले-पहले मातायें हो। बैज भी तुम्हारे फर्स्टक्लास हैं। यह ट्रांसलाइट का चित्र तुम्हारे आगे हो। सबको सुनाओ दुनिया बदल रही है। बाप से वर्सा मिल रहा है कल्प पहले मुआफ़िक। बच्चों को विचार सागर मंथन करना है-कैसे सर्विस को अमल में लायें। टाइम तो लगता है ना। अच्छा! मीठे-मीठे सिकीलधे बच्चों प्रति मात-पिता बापदादा का याद-प्यार और गुडमॉर्निंग। रूहानी बाप की रूहानी बच्चों को नमस्ते। धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार: 1) बाप से पूरी-पूरी प्रीत रख मददगार बनना है। माया से हार खाकर कभी नाम बदनाम नहीं करना है। पुरूषार्थ कर देह सहित जो कुछ दिखाई देता है उसे भूल जाना है। 2) अन्दर में खुशी रहे कि हम अभी शान्तिधाम, सुखधाम जाते हैं। बाबा ओबीडियन्ट टीचर बन हमको घर ले जाने के लायक बनाते हैं। लायक, सपूत बनना है, कपूत नहीं। वरदान: सेवा द्वारा योगयुक्त स्थिति का अनुभव करने वाले रूहानी सेवाधारी भव!    ब्राह्मण जीवन सेवा का जीवन है। माया से जिंदा रखने का श्रेष्ठ साधन सेवा है। सेवा योगयुक्त बनाती है लेकिन सिर्फ मुख की सेवा नहीं, सुने हुए मधुर बोल का स्वरूप बन सेवा करना, नि:स्वार्थ सेवा करना, त्याग, तपस्या स्वरूप से सेवा करना, हद की कामनाओं से परे निष्काम सेवा करना- इसको कहा जाता है ईश्वरीय वा रूहानी सेवा। मुख के साथ मन द्वारा सेवा करना अर्थात् मनमनाभव स्थिति में स्थित होना। स्लोगन: आकृति को न देखकर निराकार बाप को देखेंगे तो आकर्षण मूर्त बन जायेंगे।

By learning this, you are taken across from this world which then changes for you.   Question: What do the Father’s helpers receive in return for the help they give? Answer: The Father makes the children who become His helpers at this time such that they don’t need to take help or advice for half the cycle. He is such a great Father! He says: Children, if you weren’t My helpers, how would I be able to establish heaven? Om Shanti The spiritual Father explains to the sweetest, numberwise, extremely sweet, spiritual children. Many children have become senseless. Ravan has made you so senseless. We are now being made so sensible. When someone passes the examination for the Indian Civil Service he thinks that he has passed a very high examination. Look how great the examination is that you pass! Just think about it. Who is it that is teaching you? Who are those who are studying? You have the faith that, every cycle, every 5000 years, you continue to meet the Father, Teacher and Guru again. Only you children know how great the inheritance you receive from the highest-on-high Father is. The Teacher gives you an inheritance by teaching you. He teaches you and also changes this world into the new world for you to rule. They sing so much praise of Him on the path of devotion. You are receiving your inheritance from Him. You children also know that the old world is changing. You say that all of you are the children of Shiv Baba. The Father has to come here to make the old world new. In the picture of the Trimurti, establishment of the new world is portrayed taking place through Brahma. Therefore, Brahmins, the mouth-born creation of Brahma, are definitely needed. Brahma does not establish the new world. The Creator is the Father. He says: I come and tactfully inspire the destruction of the old world and create the new world. There are very few residents in the new world. Governments try to control the population. However, it cannot decrease now. Millions of people die in war, but, in spite of that, the population still continues to increase. Only you understand this. You have the knowledge of the beginning, the middle and the end of the world in your intellects. You consider yourselves to be students. You are also learning how to swim. People say: Take my boat across. Those who learn how to swim well become very famous. Look how you swim now! You go completely up above and then come down here. They say how many miles they went up. You souls also go so many miles up above. That is a physical thing that can be calculated. For you, it is incalculable. You souls know that you will return home to where there is no sun or moon etc. You have the happiness that that is your home; we are residents of that place. People do devotion and make effort to go to the land of liberation, but no one has been able to go there. They try to meet God in the land of liberation; they try different methods. Some say that they will merge into the light. Some say that they will go to the land of liberation. However, no one knows the land of liberation. You children know that Baba has come and will take us back home with Him. Sweetest Baba has come and is making us worthy to be taken back home. We have been making effort for this for half the cycle but were unable to become that worthy. Neither can anyone merge into the light, nor can anyone go to the land of liberation or attain eternal liberation. Whatever effort they made, it was wasted. The efforts of you, who are the decoration of the Brahmin clan, are now bearing fruit. How has this play been created? You are now called theists. You know the Father very well and you have also learnt about the world cycle from the Father. The Father says: No one has the knowledge of liberation or liberation-in-life. Even deities don’t have that. No one knows the Father. Therefore, how could He take anyone back? There are so many gurus and so many become their followers. Shiv Baba is the true Satguru. He doesn’t have feet. He says: I don’t have feet. How can I have Myself worshipped? The children become the masters of the world, so how can I have them worship Me? On the path of devotion, children bow down to their father. In fact, children are the masters of their father’s property. However, they show their humility. Even small children fall at their feet. Here, the Father says: I liberate you from bowing down to My feet. He is such a great Father! He says: You children are My helpers. If you weren’t My helpers, how would I be able to establish heaven? The Father says: Children, it is at this time that you become My helpers. I make you such that you don’t need to take anyone’s help. You won’t even need to take anyone’s advice. Here, the Father is taking the children’s help. He says: Children, don’t become dirty now! Don’t be defeated by Maya. Otherwise you will defame the name. In a boxing match, the winner is praised and the face of the defeated one goes pale. Here, too, some are defeated. For those who are defeated here, it is said: They have dirtied their faces. They came here to become beautiful, but what did they do instead? Everything they had earned so far has been destroyed and they have to start anew. After becoming the Father’s helpers, they are defeated and they defame the Father’s name. There are the two parties: 1) the slaves of Maya and 2) the servants of God. You love the Father. It is remembered: Those whose intellects have no love at the time of destruction…. You have loving intellects. Therefore, you mustn’t defame the name. Since you have loving intellects, why are you being defeated by Maya? Those who are defeated experience sorrow. People praise and applaud those who are victorious. You children understand that you are very strong and that you definitely have to conquer Maya. The Father says: Forget everything you see, including you own body. Constantly remember Me alone. Maya has made you tamopradhan from satopradhan. You now have to become satopradhan again. You now have to become conquerors of the world by conquering Maya. This is a play about victory and defeat, about happiness and sorrow. There is defeat in Ravan’s kingdom. The Father is now making you worth a pound. Baba has explained that the only birthday worth a pound is the birthday of Shiva. You children now have to become like Lakshmi and Narayan. There, they have Deepmala in every home; everyone’s light is ignited. Your lights are ignited from the main Power. Baba sits here and explains so easily! Who, apart from the Father, would say: “Sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children.”? The spiritual Father says: O My sweet, lovely children, you have been doing devotion for half a cycle. However, not a single one of you can return home yet. Only when the Father comes can He take everyone home. You can explain very well about the confluence age: how the Father comes and takes all souls back home. No one in the world knows this unlimited play. This is an unlimited drama. Only you understand this; no one else can say this. If people were to speak of the unlimited drama, how would they explain the drama? Here, you receive knowledge of the cycle of 84 births. You children now have the knowledge; therefore, you should have remembrance. The Father explains everything so easily to you. You have been stumbling around so much on the path of devotion. How far you go to bathe! There’s a lake of which it is said, “By taking a dip in it, you become an angel.” You are now taking a dip in the ocean of knowledge and becoming princesses. Someone who is very fashionable is said to look like an angel. You are now becoming jewels. Human beings cannot have wings etc. with which to fly. They cannot fly like that. It is souls that fly. Souls, who are also called rockets, are so tiny. When all souls return home, it is possible that you children will have visions of that. Just as your intellect can understand and you talk about how it’s possible to see destruction, so too, it’s possible to see how swarms of souls return home. Hanuman, Ganesh, etc. do not really exist, but people have visions of them according to their love and devotional feelings. Baba is just a point. How can you describe Him? It is said that a soul is a tiny star which cannot be seen with these eyes. The body through which actions are performed is so large. Souls are so tiny and yet the cycle of 84 births is recorded in them. Not a single human being’s intellect is aware of how you take 84 births. It is a wonder how a part is recorded in each soul. It is souls that take bodies and play their parts. Those plays are limited, whereas this play is unlimited. The unlimited Father has come Himself to give His own introduction. All of you good, serviceable children continue to churn the ocean of knowledge regarding how to explain to others. You have to beat your head so much with each one. Even then, some tell Baba that they don’t understand. When someone doesn’t study, he is said to have a stone intellect. You can see that some study for only seven days and become very happy and say that they want to go to Baba. Others don’t understand anything. People speak of stone intellects and divine intellects, but they don’t understand the meaning of that. When a soul becomes pure, he becomes a lord of divinity. There is also a temple to the Lord of Divinity. The whole temple is not made of gold; just the top of the temple has been covered with a little gold. You children understand that you have found the Master of the Garden. He shows us the way to change from thorns into flowers. There is the praise of the Garden of Allah. In the early days, there was a Muslim who used to go into trance. He said that Khuda (God) gave him a flower. While he was standing, he would see the Garden of Khuda and then fall down. However, only Khuda, Himself, would show anyone the Garden of Khuda. How could anyone else show it? He grants you visions of Paradise. Khuda takes you there, but He doesn’t stay there Himself. Khuda stays in the land of peace and makes you into the masters of Paradise. You understand such good things that you become happy. There should be so much happiness inside that you are now going to the land of happiness. There is no question of sorrow there. The Father says: Remember the land of happiness and the land of peace. Why shouldn’t we remember our home? Souls beat their heads so much to return home. They do tapasya and penance, and make so much effort etc., but no one can return home. In the picture of the tree, souls are shown continuing to come down, numberwise. Since the Father Himself is here, how could anyone go back in between? He tells you children every day: Remember the land of peace and the land of happiness. It is by forgetting the Father that you become unhappy and you experience the slipper of Maya. You mustn’t now experience the slipper at all. The main thing is body consciousness. You are now studying with the Father, the One to whom you have been calling out: O Purifier come! He is your Obedient Servant and Teacher. The Father is the Obedient Servant. Important people always write above their signature “Your obedient servant”. The Father says: See how I sit here and explain to you children. Only the worthy children are loved by the Father. The Father says of the children who are unworthy, that is, those who belong to the Father and then become traitors by indulging in vice: It would have been better if such a child hadn’t been born! Because of one, the names of so many are defamed, and so many experience difficulty. You are performing such an elevated task here! You are uplifting the world and you don’t even have three feet of land. You children don’t make anyone renounce his home and family. You even say to the kings: You were double crowned and worthy of being worshipped and you have now become worshippers. Now that the Father is making you into those who are worthy of worship once again, you should become that, should you not? It will take a little time. What would we do with the hundreds of thousands from anyone? It is the poor who are going to receive the kingdom. The Father is the Lord of the Poor. You understand the true meaning of the Father being called the Lord of the Poor. Bharat is so poor and it is especially you mothers who are poor. The wealthy can’t take this knowledge. So many innocent women, who have been assaulted so much, come here. The Father says: The mothers have to be encouraged to move forward. When you go walking around early in the morning in a group, the mothers should be at the front. Your badge is first class. You should hold the “translight” pictures in front. Tell everyone that the world is now to change. We are receiving our inheritance from the Father as we did in the previous cycle. You children should churn the ocean of knowledge about how to put service into practice. It does take time, does it not? Achcha. To the sweetest beloved long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada. The spiritual Father says namaste to the spiritual children. Essence for Dharna: 1. Have true love for the Father and become a helper of His. Never be defeated by Maya and defame the name of the clan. Make effort to forget everything that you see, including your own body. 2. Have the happiness inside you that you are going to the land of peace and the land of happiness. Baba, as the obedient Teacher, is making us worthy to return home. Become worthy and obedient. Do not become unworthy. Blessing: May you be a spiritual server who experiences a yogyukt stage by doing service.    Brahmin life is a life of service. The elevated way to keep you alive from Maya is doing service. Service makes you yogyukt; but not just service through words: become an embodiment of the sweet words you hear, be altruistic, do service with your form of renunciation and tapasya, go beyond all limited desires and do altruistic service. This is known as Godly service or spiritual service. To serve with your mind as well as through your words means to be stable in the stage of “Manmanabhav”. Slogan: When you do not see the form but see the incorporeal Father you will become an image that attracts.

Are you a Fixer?

Are you willing to correct a mistake, even if it wasn't your fault?  Rather than pointing fingers when errors occur, focus on solving the problem.  Then backtrack to identify what went wrong and how similar situations can be avoided.

Positivity

Affluent societies have put huge effort into improving physical facilities, but our minds have suffered neglect. Increased levels of negative states such as anxiety, addiction, irritability and depression have accompanied burgeoning desires. As well as undermining the health of individuals, these negative attitudes and emotions harm society and the environment by causing a loss of fundamental values in our actions. When we feel sad and empty inside, we become part of the problem. We comfort ourselves by blaming others and circumstances. Instead we have to learn how to make our mind strong. That means fill it with positivity.

The Power To Withdraw

The aim of Raja Yoga meditation is to strengthen ones nature so much so that situations which previously might have defeated us, we now find easy to handle. So, the power to withdraw does not mean running away from life, but the ability to find a safe space inside oneself, even in the midst of life.

An image used to illustrate this power is that of the tortoise. When there is danger, the tortoise instantly goes inside its shell, which it carries with it everywhere. In the same way, when I am faced with negativity or active hostility from people and situations around me, there is great strength in become introverted, even for a moment, so as to touch base with the point of peace inside my own being. In doing so, I find not only shelter, but also stability, so that I protect myself from any hostile reactions on my part.

Soul Sustenance

Busy – Press The Stop Button! (Part 1) 
Gone are the days when 'idle' was not just a word in the dictionary, but a practical reality and life’s inclusive component. The world is dazed and squinting and so are we. When did you last sit on the window pane looking out at the squirrels or the sunset? Or when did you last read a book on self development or spare a few minutes for spiritual relaxation? Or when did you last spend an idle weekend shopping or with your family? Or when did you meet your old friend for a lunch and laughed till your eyes dropped? If you were to ever pass through a busy market place, you will have plenty of time to observe the running men and women with blank faces. Who has the time to smile? To stop where you are and thank God for the life you have.

Being busy is now not just an activity but a disease. People who are working day and night have an obsession for it, also called workaholicism (being a workaholic). They can't sit idle and anxiety takes over when they do so. The day isn't far when humans will be called sheer machines. Today, the lifestyle of a child to that of an aged person is such that there is no scope for personal time. A student's timetable is like a train schedule. Just one after another. From school to tuitions, from tuitions to vocational classes, then to the sports complex and again to another tuition. A corporate professional’s day moves from one assignment to another revolving around the emotions of * I need, * I want and * I own, without ever thinking of rising above the monotonous existence. Is speed is what we are born for? We cannot only blame our lifestyle. There are more internal causes you would guess, like meeting expectations, pleasing everybody and reaching your idol self, your goals and ambitions is what makes you work like there's no tomorrow.

To have equality in thought, word and action is to be successful. 
Projection: With regards to what I want to achieve, my thoughts are usually high. I then speak about my high plans to others too. But to bring my plans into action it takes a long time and by then I find that they have lost their intensity.

Solution: I need to remind myself that if I don't implement my thoughts immediately, I will never do it. I also need to check if the thoughts that I have are practical. I need to then plan and speak about it according to my checking. Then I find that my thoughts and plans are not wasted away, but become practical.
